The Spring Into Action 5K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Lorain County Metro Park on the beautiful Bridgeway Trail at Black River Reservation. The Course will begin at the Days Dam area, follow along the Bridgeway all-purpose trail to the tram turnaround and then back to the finish line at Days Dam.
