The Spring Into Action 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Lorain County Metro Park on the beautiful Bridgeway Trail at Black River Reservation. The Course will begin at the Days Dam area, follow along the Bridgeway all-purpose trail to the tram turnaround and then back to the finish line at Days Dam.

9:00 a.m. 5K Run/Walk

10:30 a.m. Awards Ceremony and Refreshments

Children 12 and over: $15.00 online and race day.

Results will be posted on the

SIA5K website (www.SpringIntoAction5K.com)

 

Awards

Prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female

winners. Ribbons will also be awarded to the first place

winner in each age group.

Free parking available at the Days Dam

Trailhead of the Lorain County Metro Parks.

Auxiliary parking available on 31st street.
